Haich und S. Yesudian &#8222;Sport und Yoga&#8220;, Aquamarin-Verlag, 2012, S. 79 die Grund\u00fcbung der vollen Yoga-Atmung kennen.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dfschlie\u00dflich nur durch die Nase atmen. Anfangs die H\u00e4nde auf den Bauch legen. Kr\u00e4ftig ausatmen. <\/p>\n<p>1. Bauchwand langsam vorschieben. Den Bauch nach au\u00dfen w\u00f6lben, ohne bewu\u00dft Atem zu sch\u00f6pfen. <\/p>\n<p>2. Untere Rippen und mittleren Teil des Brustkorbes erweitern. Dabei die Luft vom unteren Teil stufenweise \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Brust voll ausw\u00f6lben. Dabei den Bauch einziehen, damit er der Lunge als St\u00fctze dienen kann.<\/p>\n<p>In der selben Reihenfolge langsam ausatmen. Bauchwand einziehen. Rippen zusammenpressen.
